These terms cover your use of this website only. Consulting, development and other paid work is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal, which takes priority over anything on this site.

Using the site

• You may view, download and print pages for your own reference.
• Don't use the site in any way that's unlawful, harmful, or that disrupts it or anyone else's use of it.
• Don't try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected systems.
• Don't send spam or misleading information through the contact form or booking calendar.

Content and ownership

The text, design, images and code on this site belong to Data Dive Ltd or are used with permission. Client names, logos and testimonials belong to their owners and appear with their consent. You may not copy, republish or reuse any of it for commercial purposes without my written permission.

Content on this site is general information about my services and past work. It isn't professional advice for your specific situation, and you shouldn't rely on it as such. Case study results reflect particular projects and don't guarantee the same outcome elsewhere. I try to keep everything accurate and up to date, but I can't promise the site will always be complete, current or available.
