The problem
Strategy days produce good ideas, but they usually end up in a slide deck nobody opens again. Teams need the plan in front of them, broken into actions with owners, and a way to see progress.
What I did
I turned the 1-3-5 method I use in my strategy workshops into a web app:
- 1 vision, 3 objectives, 5 tasks per objective, each broken into subtasks with owners.
- An AI assistant that drafts a first strategy from a short conversation.
- Team workspaces, task assignment and comments, and dashboards shareable by link.
- Export to Excel and PDF.
- Subscription billing, from a free individual plan to team and agency plans.
The result
- Live at getstrategy.app since 2025.
- Free for individuals; Team plan at £25 a month, Pro at £45 a month for consultants and agencies running strategies for several clients.
